13 8 Wherefore Joas king of Juda took all the sanctified things, which Josaphat, and Joram, and Ochozias his fathers the kings of Juda had dedicated to holy uses, and which he himself had offered: and all the silver that could be found in the treasures of the temple of the Lord, and in the king's palace: and sent it to Hazael king of Syria, and he went off from Jerusalem.

9 And he sent prophets to them to bring them back to the Lord, and they would not give ear when they testified against them.


But when the people is to be gathered together, the sound of the trumpets shall be plain, and they shall not make a broken sound.


9 And the rest of the acts of Joas, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the words of the days of the kings of Juda?


And thou shalt make the tabernacle in this manner: Thou shalt make ten curtains of fine twisted linen, and violet and purple, and scarlet twice dyed, diversified with embroidery.


2 But many of the priests and the Levites, and the chief of the fathers and the ancients that had seen the former temple; when they had the foundation of this temple before their eyes, wept with a loud voice: and many shouting for joy, lifted up their voice.
