8 He that stole, let him now steal no more; but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have something to give to him that suffereth need.


7 To God the only wise, through Jesus Christ, to whom be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.


8 Being grieved most of all for the word which he had said, that they should see his face no more. And they brought him on his way to the ship.


With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication; and they who inhabit the earth, have been made drunk with the whine of her whoredom.


4 But continue thou in those things which thou hast learned, and which have been committed to thee: knowing of whom thou hast learned them;


Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness, and patience, and longsuffering? Knowest thou not, that the benignity of God leadeth thee to penance?


2 And from the fig tree learn a parable: When the branch thereof is now tender, and the leaves come forth, you know that summer is nigh.


3 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, you that work iniquity.


3 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind:


0 And I will bring an everlasting reproach upon you, and a perpetual shame which shall never be forgotten.


7 And tell them: Thus saith the king: Put this man in prison, and feed him with bread of affliction, and water of distress, till I return in peace.


3 And when he had eaten and drunk, he saddled his ass for the prophet, whom he had brought back.


2 If they stood in my counsel, and had made my words known to my people, I should have turned them from their evil way and from their wicked doings.


9 Shall I not visit for these things, saith the Lord? or shall not my soul take revenge on such a nation?


To oppress the poor in judgment, and do violence to the cause of the humble of my people: that widows might be their prey, and that they might rob the fatherless.


4 And as for the prophet, and the priest, and the people that shall say: The burden of the Lord: I will visit upon that man, and upon his house.
