I desire therefore, first of all, that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all men:


6 Now therefore send quickly, and tell David, saying: Tarry not this night in the plains of the wilderness, but without delay pass over: lest the king be swallowed up, and all the people that is with him.


8 And finding no cause of death in him, they desired of Pilate, that they might kill him.


6 Now then stand, and see this great thing which the Lord will do in your sight.


0 And the wisdom of Solomon surpassed the wisdom of all the Orientals, and of the Egyptians,


This shall be the law of the slayer that fleeth, whose life is to be saved: He that killeth his neighbour ignorantly, and who is proved to have had no hatred against him yesterday and the day before:


As I live, saith the Lord God, forasmuch as my flocks have been made a spoil, and my sheep are become a prey to all the beasts of the field, because there was no shepherd: for my shepherds did not seek after my flock, but the shepherds fed themselves, and fed not my flocks:


Shall two walk together except they be agreed?
