1 Saul therefore sent his guards to David's house to watch him, that he might be killed in the morning. And when Michol David's wife had told him this, saying: Unless thou save thyself this night, to morrow thou wilt die,


For think diligently upon him that endured such opposition from sinners against himself; that you be not wearied, fainting in your minds.


3 Turn ye at my reproof: behold I will utter my spirit to you, and will shew you my words.


5 And Saul saw that he was exceeding prudent, and began to beware of him.


9 But the salvation of the just is from the Lord, and he is their protector in the time of trouble.
