1 And the cities from the uttermost parts of the children of Juda by the borders of Edom to the south, were Cabseel and Eder and Jagur,


1 To him that shall overcome, I will give to sit with me in my throne: as I also have overcome, and am set down with my Father in his throne.


6 In like manner do penance: if not, I will come to thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.


And the four living creatures had each of them six wings; and round about and within they are full of eyes. And they rested not day and night, saying: Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, who was, and who is, and who is to come.

6 And he that shall overcome, and keep my works unto the end, I will give him power over the nations.


Woe to the world because of scandals. For it must needs be that scandals come: but nevertheless woe to that man by whom the scandal cometh.


Now these are the chiefs of families, and the genealogy of them, who came up with me from Babylon in the reign of Artaxerxes the king.


9 And David said: What have I done? is there not cause to speak?


2 And when he was brought to him, he said to him: Let not any man's heart be dismayed in him: I thy servant will go, and will fight against the Philistine.
