4 These are the precepts which the Lord commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.


6 To take a handful of the sacrifice of that which is offered, and burn it upon the altar: and so give the most bitter waters to the woman to drink.


0 How much more if the people had eaten of the prey of their enemies, which they found? had there not been made a greater slaughter among the Philistines?


4 And Saul said: May God do so and so to me, and add still more: for dying thou shalt die, O Jonathan.


0 And the princes of the Philistines went forth: and from the beginning of their going forth, David behaved himself more wisely than all the servants of Saul, and his name became very famous.


And of its blood he shall sprinkle the side of the altar, and whatsoever is left, he shall let it drop at the bottom thereof, because it is for sin.
