7 And Samuel turned about to go away: but he laid hold upon the skirt of his mantle, and it rent.

9 It is in my power to return thee evil: but the God of your father said to me yesterday: Take heed thou speak not any things harshly against Jacob.


And David said in his heart: I shall gone day or other fall into the hands of Saul: is it not better for me to flee, and to be saved in the land of the Philistines, that Saul may despair of me, and cease to seek me in all the coasts of Israel? I will flee then out of his hands.


5 The way of a fool is right in his own eyes: but he that is wise hearkeneth unto counsels.
