And when she had seen these things, to wit, the wisdom of Solomon, and the house which he had built,


1 Thou shalt plant no grove, nor any tree near the altar of the Lord thy God:


0 And went up to the house of the Lord, and all the men of Juda, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the priests and the Levites, and all the people from the least to the greatest. And the king read in their hearing, in the house of the Lord, all the words of the book.


6 And the priests went into the temple of the Lord to sanctify it, and brought out all the uncleanness that they found within to the entrance of the house of the Lord, and the Levites took it away, and carried it out abroad to the torrent Cedron.

And looking one upon another, with equal space between the pillars, and over the pillars were square beams in- all things equal.


6 The first of the fruits of thy ground thou shalt offer in the house of the Lord thy God. Thou shalt not boil a kid in the milk of his dam.

4 So Solomon built the house and finished it.


9 And he made the oracle in the midst of the house, in the inner part, to set there the ark of the covenant of the Lord.
