3 When I was daily with you in the temple, you did not stretch forth your hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness.


And the priests stood in their offices: and the Levites with the instruments of music of the Lord, which king David made to praise the Lord: because his mercy endureth for ever, singing the hymns of David by their ministry: and the priests sounded with trumpets before them, and all Israel stood.


Sing ye to the Lord and bless his name: shew forth his salvation from day to day.


3 Then Paul answered, and said: What do you mean weeping and afflicting my heart? For I am ready not only to be bound, but to die also in Jerusalem, for the name of the Lord Jesus.


And when we had bid one another farewell, we took ship; and they returned home.


9 And they that were about him, seeing what would follow, said to him: Lord, shall we strike with the sword?


And I say to you, Ask, and it shall be given you: seek, and you shall find: knock, and it shall be opened to you.


7 Is it then to be thought that God should indeed dwell upon earth? for if heaven, and the heavens of heavens cannot contain thee, how much less this house which I have built?
