The ransom of a man's life are his riches: but he that is poor beareth not reprehension.


The wise of heart receiveth precepts: a fool is beaten with lips.


May all the kings of the earth give glory to thee: for they have heard all the words of thy mouth.


4 And the weight of the gold that was brought to Solomon every year, was six hundred and sixty-six talents of gold:


4 And if thou wilt walk in my ways, and Beep my precepts, and my commandments, as thy father walked, I will lengthen thy days.


3 Then king Solomon sent, and brought him out from the altar: and going in he worshipped king Solomon: and Solomon said to him: Go to thy house.


Then the handmaids and their children came near, and bowed themselves.


1 And Solomon allowed Hiram twenty thousand measures of wheat, for provision for his house, and twenty measures of the purest oil: thus gave Solomon to Hiram every year.


3 And king Solomon chose workmen cut of all Israel, and the levy was of thirty thousand men.


2 Bana the son of Ahilud, who governed Thanac and Mageddo, and all Bethsan, which is by Sarthana beneath Jezrael, from Bethsan unto Abelmehula over against Jecmaan.
