3 And all Israel shall mourn for him, and shall bury him: for he only of Jeroboam shall be laid in a sepulchre, be- cause in his regard there is found a good word from the Lord the God of Israel, in the house of Jeroboam.


4 And thou shalt have joy and gladness, and many shall rejoice in his nativity.

To my hearing thou shalt give joy and gladness: and the bones that have been humbled shall rejoice.


And when he had destroyed the altars, and the groves, and had broken the idols in pieces, and had demolished all profane temples throughout all the ]and of Israel, he returned to Jerusalem.


But let there be no reckoning made with them of the money which they receive, but let them have it in their power, and in their trust.


And Abiam slept with his fathers, and they buried him in the city of David, and Asa his son reigned in his stead.


For the Lord thy God hath chosen him of all thy tribes, to stand and to minister to the name of the Lord, him and his sons for ever.


09 My soul is continually in my hands: and I have not forgotten thy law.


3 And blessed be thou, who hast kept me to day, from coming to blood, and revenging me with my own hand.


And thy servant is in the midst of the people which thou hast chosen, an immense people, which cannot be numbered nor counted for multitude.
