AND it came to pass, while Apollo was at Corinth, that Paul having passed through the upper coasts, came to Ephesus, and found certain disciples.


9 And the whole city was filled with confusion; and having caught Gaius and Aristarchus, men of Macedonia, Paul's companions, they rushed with one accord into the theatre.


2 That you become not slothful, but followers of them, who through faith and patience shall inherit the promises.


Wherefore, I beseech you, that you would confirm your charity towards him.


To another, faith in the same spirit; to another, the grace of healing in one Spirit;


Your glorying is not good. Know you not that a little leaven corrupteth the whole lump ?


5 But the spiritual man judgeth all things; and he himself is judged of no man.


Salute Ampliatus, most beloved to me in the Lord.


Be patient therefore, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth: patiently bearing till he receive the early and latter rain.


4 Let all your things be done in charity.


4 For if I pray in a tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is without fruit.


0 To whom, when Paul had gone down, he laid himself upon him, and embracing him, said: Be not troubled, for his soul is in him.


5 For if you have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet not many fathers. For in Christ Jesus, by the gospel, I have begotten you.


6 That you also be subject to such, and to every one that worketh with us, and laboureth.


8 For not he who commendeth himself, is approved, but he, whom God commendeth.
