8 For he woundeth, and cureth: he striketh, and his hands shall heal.


Bring my soul out of prison, that I may praise thy name: the just wait for me, until thou reward me.


I am the Lord, and there is none else: there is no God, besides me: I girded thee, and thou hast not known me:


5 But the spiritual man judgeth all things; and he himself is judged of no man.


But Absalom said: Call Chusai the Arachite, and let us hear what he also saith.


4 And when his kinsman had seen all things that he did among the people, he said: What is it that thou dost among the people? Why sittest thou alone, and all the people wait from morning till night.


6 And there are with them their two sons Achimaas the son of Sadoc, and Jonathan the son of Abiathar: and you shall send by them to me every thing that you shall hear.


8 Brought him beds, and tapestry, and earthen vessels, and wheat, and barley, and meal, and parched corn, and beans, and lentils, and fried pulse,


9 And a woman took, and spread a covering over the mouth of the well, as it were to dry sodden barley: and so the thing was not known.


2 But the more they oppressed them, the more they were multiplied, and increased:


And said: If it please the king, and if I have found favour in his sight, and my request be not disagreeable to him, I beseech thee, that the former letters of Aman the traitor and enemy of the Jews, by which he commanded that they should be destroyed in all the king's provinces, may be reversed by new letters.


5 The innocent believeth every word: the discreet man considereth his steps. No good shall come to the deceitful son: but the wise servant shall prosper in his dealings, and his way shall be made straight.


It is a proverb: A young man according to his way, even when he is old he will not depart from it.


5 For if you have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet not many fathers. For in Christ Jesus, by the gospel, I have begotten you.


3 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind:


But he giveth greater grace. Wherefore he saith: God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.
