2 The sons of Ephraim also moved their camp by their troops, in whose army the prince was Elisama the son of Ammiud.


And they shall spread over it a cloth of scarlet, which again they shall cover with a covering of violet skins, and shall put in the bars.


3 So that one could not distinguish the voice of the shout of joy, from the noise of the weeping of the people: for one with another the people shouted with a loud shout, and the voice was heard afar off.


The fourteenth day of this month in the evening, according to all the ceremonies and justifications thereof.


2 And let them keep the observances of the tabernacle of the covenant, and the ceremonies of the sanctuary, and the charge of the sons of Aaron their brethren, that they may minister in the house of the Lord.


And the Lord spoke to Moses, and Aaron, saying:


5 And their charge shall be in the tabernacle of the covenant:

These the names of the sons of Aaron the priests that were anointed, and whose hands were filled and consecrated, to do the functions of priesthood.


7 Were reckoned up seventy-four thousand six hundred.


3 Fifty-nine thousand three hundred.


8 This is the service of the family of the Gersonites in the tabernacle of the covenant, and they shall be under the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.


8 And they are to be under the hand of the sons of Aaron for the service of the house of the Lord, in the porches, and in the chambers, and in the place of purification, and in the sanctuary, and in all the works of the ministry of the temple of the Lord.


After these things, and this truth, Sennacherib king of the Assyrians came and entered into Juda, and besieged the fenced cities, desiring to take them.


0 Thou shalt eat it in the sanctuary: the males only shall eat thereof, because it is a consecrated thing to thee.


These are the children of the province, who came up from the captivity of them that had been carried away, whom Nabuchodonosor the king of Babylon had carried away, and who returned into Judea, every one into his own city.
