Bread of deceit is sweet to a man; But afterwards his mouth shall be filled with gravel.


Such is the way of an adulterous woman; She eateth, and wipeth her mouth, And saith, I have done no wickedness.


For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.


But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead.


And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.


Let thy fountains be dispersed abroad, And rivers of waters in the streets.


Let thy fountain be blessed: And rejoice with the wife of thy youth.
