Job 24:24
13 পৰস্পৰ সংযোগসমূহ

For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: Yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be.

For the sun is no sooner risen with a burning heat, but it withereth the grass, and the flower thereof falleth, and the grace of the fashion of it perisheth: so also shall the rich man fade away in his ways.

When the wicked spring as the grass, And when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; It is that they shall be destroyed for ever:

How are they brought into desolation, as in a moment! They are utterly consumed with terrors.

That the triumphing of the wicked is short, And the joy of the hypocrite but for a moment?

His sons come to honour, and he knoweth it not; And they are brought low, but he perceiveth it not of them.

They that hate thee shall be clothed with shame; And the dwelling place of the wicked shall come to nought.

The clods of the valley shall be sweet unto him, And every man shall draw after him, As there are innumerable before him.

They spend their days in wealth, And in a moment go down to the grave.
