There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.


But I would speak to the Almighty, and I desire to argue my case with God.


Righteous are you, O Lord, when I complain to you; yet I would plead my case before you. Why does the way of the wicked prosper? Why do all who are treacherous thrive?


will he be angry forever, will he be indignant to the end?’ Behold, you have spoken, but you have done all the evil that you could.”


“Come now, let us reason together, says the Lord: though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall become like wool.


Though I am in the right, I cannot answer him; I must appeal for mercy to my accuser.


This will be my salvation, that the godless shall not come before him.


But he knows the way that I take; when he has tried me, I shall come out as gold.
