Unto the end, for the winepresses, a psalm for Asaph himself.

Hear these things, all ye nations: give ear, all ye inhabitants of the world.

And the city hath no need of the sun, nor of the moon, to shine in it. For the glory of God hath enlightened it, and the Lamb is the lamp thereof.

And he had in his right hand seven stars. And from his mouth came out a sharp two edged sword: and his face was as the sun shineth in his power.

And he said: The Lord came from Sinai, and from Seir he rose up to us. He hath appeared from mount Pharan, and with him thousands of saints. In his right hand a fiery law.

But the Lord is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him.

I will go and return to my place: until you are consumed, and seek my face.

Samech. All they that passed by the way have clapped their hands at thee: they have hissed and wagged their heads at the daughter of Jerusalem, saying: Is this the city of perfect beauty, the joy of all the earth?

Rejoice, and praise, O thou habitation of Sion: for great is he that is in the midst of thee, the Holy One of Israel.

His throat most sweet, and he is all lovely: such is my beloved, and he is my friend, O ye daughters of Jerusalem.

Come let us praise the Lord with joy: let us joyfully sing to God our saviour.

For what is the good thing of him, and what is his beautiful thing, but the corn of the elect, and wine springing forth virgins?

For, behold, the Lord will come out of his place, to visit the iniquity of the inhabitant of the earth against him: and the earth shall disclose her blood and shall cover her slain no more.

And he fed them with the fat of wheat, and filled them with honey out of the rock.

Let their eyes be darkened that they see not; and their back bend thou down always.

All you that are earthborn, and you sons of men: both rich and poor together.

Rejoice to God our helper: sing aloud to the God of Jacob.
