Attend unto my help, O Lord, the God of my salvation.

The wicked shall see, and shall be angry, he shall gnash with his teeth and pine away: the desire of the wicked shall perish.

Let us all hear together the conclusion of the discourse. Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is all man:

Who is there among you that feareth the Lord, that heareth the voice of his servant, that hath walked in darkness, and hath no light? Let him hope in the name of the Lord and lean upon his God.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Fools despise wisdom and instruction.

By mercy and truth iniquity is redeemed: and by the fear of the Lord men depart from evil.

The fear of the Lord is the lesson of wisdom: and humility goeth before glory.

Who said: Cornelius, a centurion, a just man, and one that feareth God, and having good testimony from all the nation of the Jews, received an answer of an holy angel, to send for thee into his house, and to hear words of thee.

And a path and a way shall be there, and it shall be called the holy way: the unclean shall not pass over it. And this shall be unto you a straight way, so that fools shall not err therein.

Then shalt thou understand the fear of the Lord, and shalt find the knowledge of God.

Men, brethren, children of the stock of Abraham, and whosoever among you fear God, to you the word of this salvation is sent.

Who shall speak to thee words, whereby thou shalt be saved, and all thy house.

A religious man, and fearing God with all his house, giving much alms to the people, and always praying to God.

And as for you, let the unction, which you have received from him, abide in you. And you have no need that any man teach you; but as his unction teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie. And as it hath taught you, abide in him.

And the Lord appeared to him and said: Go not down into Egypt, but stay in the land that I shall tell thee.

Speak to him, and put my words in his mouth: and I will be in thy mouth, and in his mouth, and will shew you what you must do.

And let there be between you and the ark the space of two thousand cubits: that you may see it afar off, and know which way you must go: for you have not gone this way before. And take care you come not near the ark.

And he said to him: Behold, there is a man of God in this city, a famous man; all that he saith cometh certainly to pass. Now therefore let us go thither; perhaps he may tell us of our way, for which we are come.

Then shalt thou understand justice, and judgment, and equity, and every good path.
