For he hath satisfied the empty soul, and hath filled the hungry soul with good things.


And with the blast of thy anger the waters were gathered together. The flowing water stood: the depths were gathered together in the midst of the sea.


Let the mountains hear the judgment of the Lord, and the strong foundations of the earth: for the Lord will enter into judgment with his people, and he will plead against Israel.


Thus saith the Lord: If the heavens above can be measured and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I also will cast away all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the Lord.


Remember his marvellous works which he hath done; his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth.


I thought upon the days of old: and I had in my mind the eternal years.


Perishing by the blast of God, and consumed by the spirit of his wrath.


And the overflowings of the sea appeared, and the foundations of the world were laid open at the rebuke of the Lord: at the blast of the spirit of his wrath.


Behold, I will send a spirit upon him, and he shall hear a message, and shall return into his own country: and I will make him fall by the sword in his own country.


The waters compassed me about even to the soul: the deep hath closed me round about, the sea hath covered my head.


But he shall judge the poor with justice, and shall reprove with equity for the meek of the earth. And he shall strike the earth with the rod of his mouth: and with the breath of his lips he shall slay the wicked.
