And I rejoice in the presence of Stephanas, and Fortunatus, and Achaicus, because that which was wanting on your part, they have supplied.


Now I rejoice in the Lord exceedingly, that now at length your thought for me hath flourished again, as you did also think; but you were busied.


But I fear none of these things, neither do I count my life more precious than myself, so that I may consummate my course and the ministry of the word which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.


But I have all, and abound: I am filled, having received from Epaphroditus the things you sent, an odour of sweetness, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God.


But I most gladly will spend and be spent myself for your souls; although loving you more, I be loved less.


And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of the testimony, and they loved not their lives unto death.


Whom I would have retained with me, that in thy stead he might have ministered to me in the bands of the gospel:


For indeed he was sick, nigh unto death; but God had mercy on him; and not only on him, but on me also, lest I should have sorrow upon sorrow.


Yea, and if I be made a victim upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I rejoice, and congratulate with you all.


Now if Timothy come, see that he be with you without fear, for he worketh the work of the Lord, as I also do.


For this corruptible must put on incorruption; and this mortal must put on immortality.


(Who have for my life laid down their own necks: to whom not I only give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles,)
