6 And Moses and Aaron leaving the multitude, went into the tabernacle of the covenant, and fell flat upon the ground, and cried to the Lord, and said: O Lord God, hear the cry of this people, and open to them thy treasure, a fountain of living water, that being satisfied they may cease to murmur. And the glory of the Lord appeared over them.

And the glory of the Lord appeared over them.

And when Moses and Aaron heard this, they fell down flat upon the ground before the multitude of the children of Israel.


Get you out from the midst of this multitude. This moment will I destroy them. And as they were lying on the ground,


They fell flat on their face, and said: O most mighty, the God of the spirits of all flesh, for one man's sin shall thy wrath rage against all?


And had drawn up all the multitude against them to the door of the tabernacle: the glory of the Lord appeared to them all.


When Moses heard this, he fell flat on his face.


And going a little further, he fell upon his face, praying, and saying: My Father, if it be possible, let this chalice pass from me. Nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.


And David, lifting up his eyes, saw the angel of the Lord standing between heaven and earth, with a drawn sword in his hand, turned against Jerusalem. And both he and the ancients clothed in haircloth fell down flat on the ground.


But Josue rent his garments, and fell flat on the ground before the ark of the Lord until the evening, both he and all the ancients of Israel: and they put dust upon their heads.


And when there arose a sedition, and the tumult increased,


And when all the multitude cried out, and would have stoned them, the glory of the Lord appeared over the tabernacle of the covenant to all the children of Israel.


The Lord came down in a pillar of the cloud, and stood in the entry of the tabernacle calling to Aaron and Mary. And when they were come,


And Moses cried to the Lord, saying: What shall I do to this people? Yet a little more and they will stone me.


And when Aaron spoke to all the assembly of the children of Israel, they looked towards the wilderness: and, behold, the glory of the Lord appeared in a cloud.
