Doth God pervert judgment: or doth the Almighty overthrow that which is just?

God will not cast away the simple, nor reach out his hand to the evil-doer:

The works of God are perfect, and all his ways are judgments: God is faithful and without any iniquity; he is just and right.

Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving; and make a joyful noise to him with psalms.

For we must all be manifested before the judgement seat of Christ, that every one may receive the proper things of the body, according as he hath done, whether it be good or evil.

And you shall return, and shall see the difference between the just and the wicked: and between him that serveth God, and him that serveth him not.

Exalt ye the Lord our God, and adore at his holy mountain: for the Lord our God is holy.

Thou indeed, O Lord, art just, if I plead with thee, but yet I will speak what is just to thee: Why doth the way of the wicked prosper? Why is it well with all them that transgress and do wickedly?

In the good day enjoy good things, and beware beforehand of the evil day: for God hath made both the one and the other, that man may not find against him any just complaint.

And to the church of the firstborn, who are written in the heavens, and to God the judge of all, and to the spirits of the just made perfect,

If there be fifty just men in the city, shall they perish withal? And wilt thou not spare that place for the sake of the fifty just, if they be therein?

And I commanded them, saying: Hear them, and judge that which is just, whether he be one of your country, or a stranger.

There shall be no difference of persons. You shall hear the little as well as the great. Neither shall you respect any man's person, because it is the judgment of God. And if any thing seem hard to you, refer it to me, and I will hear it.

Therefore I do not trespass against thee, but thou wrongest me by declaring an unjust war against me. The Lord be judge and decide this day between Israel and the children of Ammon.

Let the fear of the Lord be with you, and do all things with diligence. For there is no iniquity with the Lord our God, nor respect of persons, nor desire of gifts.

And thou art just in all things that have come upon us: because thou hast done truth, but we have done wickedly.

Therefore, ye men of understanding, hear me. Far from God be wickedness: and iniquity from the Almighty.

But thou, O Lord of Sabaoth, who judgest justly and triest the reins and hearts, let me see thy revenge on them: for to thee I have revealed my cause.

And you have said: The way of the Lord is not right. Hear ye, therefore, O house of Israel: Is it my way that is not right, and are not rather your ways perverse?

They fell flat on their face, and said: O most mighty, the God of the spirits of all flesh, for one man's sin shall thy wrath rage against all?
