I beheld the earth, and lo it was void and nothing: and the heavens, and there was no light in them.


Their land brought forth frogs, in the inner chambers of their kings.


For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens, God himself that formed the earth and made it, the very maker thereof, he did not create it in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the Lord; and there is no other.


Come ye to him and be enlightened: and your faces shall not be confounded.


He stretched out the north over the empty space, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.


Lo, these things are said in part, of his ways: and seeing we have heard scarce a little drop of his word, who shall be able to behold the thunder of his greatness?


She is destroyed, and rent, and torn: the heart melteth, and the knees fail, and all the loins lose their strength: and the faces of them all are as the blackness of a kettle.


For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God, in the face of Christ Jesus.


As the eagle enticing her young to fly, and hovering over them, he spread his wings, and hath taken him and carried him on his shoulders.


When I made a cloud the garment thereof, and wrapped it in a mist as in swaddling bands?

Praise the Lord from the earth, ye dragons, and all ye deeps:


The depths were not as yet, and I was already conceived, neither had the fountains of waters as yet sprung out:


As birds flying, so will the Lord of hosts protect Jerusalem, protecting and delivering, passing over and saving.
