16 And all the household goods that are there, thou shalt gather together in the midst of the streets thereof, and shalt burn them with the city itself, so as to consume all for the Lord thy God, and that it be a heap for ever. It shall be built no more.

Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the Lord, and I will cause the noise of war to be heard in Rabbath of the children of Ammon, and it shall be destroyed into a heap, and her daughters shall be burnt with fire: and Israel shall possess them that have possessed him, saith the Lord.


And he burned the city, and made it a heap for ever.


For thou hast reduced the city to a heap, the strong city to ruin, the house of strangers; to be no city and to be no more built up for ever.


THE burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus shall cease to be a city, and shall be as a ruinous heap of stones.

Whosoever copulateth with a beast shall be put to death.


And killed all that were in it, man and woman, young and old. The oxen also and the sheep, and the asses, they slew with the edge of the sword.
