Psalm 47:4
19 পৰস্পৰ সংযোগসমূহ

God has something stored up for you in heaven, where it will never decay or be ruined or disappear.

Judah and Israel are like trees with branches broken by their enemies. But the Lord is going to restore their power and glory. *

The Lord God All-Powerful has sworn by his own name: “You descendants of Jacob make me angry by your pride, and I hate your fortresses. And so I will surrender your city and possessions to your enemies.”

I, the Lord, won't forget any of this, though you take great pride in your ancestor Jacob.

Israel, you have rejected me, but my anger is gone; I will heal you and love you without limit.

My prayer is that light will flood your hearts and you will understand the hope given to you when God chose you. Then you will discover the glorious blessings that will be yours together with all God's people.

Then the king will say to those on his right, “My father has blessed you! Come and receive the kingdom that was prepared for you before the world was created.

Israel, I, the Lord, have loved you. And yet you ask in what way have I loved you. Don't forget that Esau was the brother of your ancestor Jacob, but I chose Jacob

I swore that I would rescue them from Egypt and lead them to a land I had already chosen. This land was rich with milk and honey and was the most splendid land of all.

I have always wanted to treat you as my children and give you the best land, the most beautiful on earth. I wanted you to call me “Father” and not turn from me.

You were hated and deserted, rejected by everyone. But I will make you beautiful, a city to be proud of for all time to come.

Your people are wonderful, and they make me happy,

because the Lord your God keeps his eye on this land and takes care of it all year long.

The Lord loves the tribes of Israel, and he protects his people. They listen to his words and worship at his feet. *

He gave their land to Israel, the people who serve him. God's love never fails.
