Psalm 41:10
13 পৰস্পৰ সংযোগসমূহ

Now bring me the enemies who didn't want me to be their king. Kill them while I watch!”

God Most High, have pity on me! Have mercy. I run to you for safety. In the shadow of your wings, I seek protection till danger dies down.

But you are my shield, and you give me victory and great honor.

My best friends and loved ones have turned from me.

But it was my closest friend, the one I trusted most.

We enjoyed being together, when we went with others to your house, our God.

I heard the crowds whisper, “Everyone is afraid. Now's our chance to accuse Jeremiah!” All of my so-called friends are just waiting for me to make a mistake. They say, “Maybe Jeremiah can be tricked. Then we can overpower him and get even at last.”

Your allies can't be trusted. They will force you out of your own country. And your best friends will trick and trap you, even before you know it.
