Psalm 4:7
14 পৰস্পৰ সংযোগসমূহ

Our Lord, you have made your nation stronger. Because of you, its people are glad and celebrate like workers at harvest time or like soldiers dividing up what they have taken.

Do what the Lord wants, and he will give you your heart's desire.

Then I will worship at your altar because you make me joyful. You are my God, and I will praise you. Yes, I will praise you as I play my harp.

But he showed he was there by the good things he did. God sends rain from heaven and makes your crops grow. He gives food to you and makes your hearts glad.

Hurry, my king! Let's hurry. Take me to your home. We are happy for you! And we praise your love even more than wine. Young women of Jerusalem, it is only right that you should adore him.

because everything you do makes me happy, and I sing joyful songs.

Harvest celebrations are gone from the orchards and farms of Moab. I have silenced the shouts of people making wine.

The time came for the grape harvest, and the people of Shechem went into their vineyards and picked the grapes. They gathered the grapes and made wine. Then they went into the temple of their god and threw a big party. There was a lot of eating and drinking, and before long they were cursing Abimelech.

You have never seen Jesus, and you don't see him now. But still you love him and have faith in him, and no words can tell how glad and happy

and that he will show you mercy and kindness.

I pray only to you. Don't disappoint me. Disappoint my cruel enemies until they lie silent in their graves.

Then everyone on earth will learn to follow you, and all nations will see your power to save us.

Lord God All-Powerful, how much longer will the prayers of your people make you angry?
