You should be happy to give the poor what they need, because then the Lord will make you successful in everything you do.


Listen carefully to what you hear! The way you treat others will be the way you will be treated—and even worse.


God will be as hard on you as you are on others! He will treat you exactly as you treat them.


The Lord blesses everyone who freely gives food to the poor.


Caring for the poor is lending to the Lord, and you will be well repaid.


When the Lord blesses you with riches, you have nothing to regret.


And anyone who gives one of my most humble followers a cup of cool water, just because that person is my follower, will be rewarded.


Give to everyone who asks and don't ask people to return what they have taken from you.


Do this, because on the day of judgment there will be no pity for those who have not had pity on others. But even in judgment, God is merciful!
