2 Peter 1:14
11 পৰস্পৰ সংযোগসমূহ

Now the time has come for me to die. My life is like a drink offering being poured out on the altar.

The Lord told Moses, “You will soon die, so bring Joshua to the sacred tent, and I will appoint him the leader of Israel.” Moses and Joshua went to the sacred tent,

I have gone from place to place, preaching to you about God's kingdom, but now I know that none of you will ever see me again.

I will soon die, as everyone must. But deep in your hearts you know that the Lord has kept every promise he ever made to you. Not one of them has been broken.

My life was taken from me like the tent that a shepherd pulls up and moves. You cut me off like thread from a weaver's loom; you make a wreck of me day and night.

Simon Peter asked, “Lord, where are you going?” Jesus answered, “You can't go with me now, but later on you will.”

Our bodies are like tents that we live in here on earth. But when these tents are destroyed, we know that God will give each of us a place to live. These homes will not be buildings someone has made, but they are in heaven and will last forever.

In fact, I think I should keep on reminding you until I leave this body.
