It is a luxurious thing, wine, and inebriation is tumultuous. Anyone who is delighted by this will not be wise.


Woe to you who are powerful at drinking wine, who are strong men in contriving inebriation!


Blessed is the land whose king is noble, and whose princes eat at the proper time, for refreshment and not for self-indulgence.


And in the manner that wine deceives the heavy drinker, so will the arrogant man be deceived, and he will not be honored.
