And behold, a woman of Canaan, going out from those parts, cried out, saying to him: "Take pity on me, Lord, Son of David. My daughter is badly afflicted by a demon."


The blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead rise again, the poor are evangelized.


And I brought him to your disciples, but they were not able to cure him."


Does Scripture not say that the Christ comes from the offspring of David and from Bethlehem, the town where David was?"


Now in that same hour, he cured many of their diseases and wounds and evil spirits; and to many of the blind, he gave sight.


Blessed is the advent of the kingdom of our father David. Hosanna in the highest!"


But Jesus said to him, "If you are able to believe: all things are possible to one who believes."


And the crowds that preceded him, and those that followed, cried out, saying: "Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"

But he said to them: "How can they say that the Christ is the son of David?


And they lifted up their voice, saying, "Jesus, Teacher, take pity on us."

And as they were departing from Jericho, a great crowd followed him.
