Then Jesus, turning around and seeing them following him, said to them, "What are you seeking?" And they said to him, "Rabbi (which means in translation, Teacher), where do you live?"


Nathanael answered him and said: "Rabbi, you are the Son of God. You are the King of Israel."


Jesus said to her, "Mary!" And turning, she said to him, "Rabboni!" (which means, Teacher).


And when they had found him across the sea, they said to him, "Rabbi, when did you come here?"


And they went to John and said to him: "Rabbi, the one who was with you across the Jordan, about whom you offered testimony: behold, he is baptizing and everyone is going to him."


He went to Jesus at night, and he said to him: "Rabbi, we know that you have arrived as a teacher from God. For no one would be able to accomplish these signs, which you accomplish, unless God were with him."


And in response, Jesus said to him, "What do you want, that I should do for you?" And the blind man said to him, "Master, that I may see."


For he did not know what he was saying. For they were overwhelmed by fear.


But you must not be called Master. For One is your Master, and you are all brothers.


But to what shall I compare this generation? It is like children sitting in the marketplace,


Then Judas, who betrayed him, responded by saying, "Surely, it is not I, Master?" He said to him, "You have said it."


And quickly drawing close to Jesus, he said, "Hail, Master." And he kissed him.


And Peter, remembering, said to him, "Master, behold, the fig tree that you cursed has withered."


And he said to them in his doctrine: "Beware of the scribes, who prefer to walk in long robes and to be greeted in the marketplace,


And when he had arrived, immediately drawing near to him, he said: "Hail, Master!" And he kissed him.


Woe to you, Pharisees! For you love the first seats in the synagogues, and greetings in the marketplace.


Meanwhile, the disciples petitioned him, saying, "Rabbi, eat."


And his disciples asked him, "Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he would be born blind?"


The disciples said to him: "Rabbi, the Jews are even now seeking to stone you. And would you go there again?"
