15 Jesus said to her: "Woman, why are you weeping? Who are you seeking?" Considering that it was the gardener, she said to him, "Sir, if you have moved him, tell me where you have placed him, and I will take him away."

They say to her, "Woman, why are you weeping?" She said to them, "Because they have taken away my Lord, and I do not know where they have placed him."


Then again he questioned them: "Who are you seeking?" And they said, "Jesus the Nazarene."


Then Jesus, turning around and seeing them following him, said to them, "What are you seeking?" And they said to him, "Rabbi (which means in translation, Teacher), where do you live?"


And he said to them, "Do not become frightened. You are seeking Jesus of Nazareth, the Crucified One. He has risen. He is not here. Behold, the place where they laid him.


Then the Angel responded by saying to the women: "Do not be afraid. For I know that you are seeking Jesus, who was crucified.


I will rise up, and I will circle through the city. Through the side streets and thoroughfares, I will seek him whom my soul loves. I sought him, and did not find him.


You should not repute your handmaid as one of the daughters of Belial. For I have been speaking from the abundance of my sorrow and grief, even until now."


And so Jesus, knowing all that was about to happen to him, advanced and said to them, "Who are you seeking?"


Then, since they were afraid and were turning their faces toward the ground, these two said to them: "Why do you seek the living with the dead?


Progeny of vipers, how are you able to speak good things while you are evil? For out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.


Bride: My beloved has descended to his garden, to the courtyard of aromatic plants, in order to pasture in the gardens and gather the lilies.


But, supposing that he was in the company, they went a day's journey, seeking him among their relatives and acquaintances.
