Because of this, lift up your lazy hands and your lax knees,


But I have prayed for you, so that your faith may not fail, and so that you, once converted, may confirm your brothers."


And having spent some length of time there, he set out, and he walked in order through the region of Galatia and Phrygia, strengthening all the disciples.


Then an Angel appeared to him from heaven, strengthening him. And being in agony, he prayed more intensely;


I would also comfort you with speeches and would wag my head over you.


And when you will hear what they are saying, then your hands will be strengthened, and you will descend more confidently to the camp of the enemy." Therefore, he descended with his servant Purah into a portion of the camp, where there was a watch of armed men.


Then the hands of Moses became heavy. And so, taking a stone, they placed it beneath him, and he sat on it. Then Aaron and Hur sustained his hands from both sides. And it happened that his hands did not tire until the setting of the sun.


And all those who were all around assisted their hands with vessels of silver and gold, with goods and cattle, with equipment, in addition to whatever they had offered freely.


Therefore, he who looked like a man, touched me again and strengthened me.


In that day, it will be said to Jerusalem, "Do not be afraid," and to Zion, "Do not let your hands be weakened."


"Do not be afraid. For the hand of my father, Saul, will not find you. And you shall reign over Israel. And I will be second to you. And even my father knows this."


Thus says the Lord of hosts: Let your hands be strengthened, you who, in those days, are listening to these words by the mouth of the prophets, in the day that the house of the Lord of hosts has been founded, so that the temple may be built.
