And king Solomon sent by the hand of Benaiah, the son of Jehoiada, who put him to death, and so he died.

If someone murders his neighbor with deliberation, by lying in wait, you shall tear him away from my altar, so that he may die.

For it is time that judgment begin at the house of God. And if it is first from us, what shall be the end of those who do not believe the Gospel of God?

Kill, even to utter destruction, old men, young men, and virgins, little ones, and women. But all upon whom see the Tau, you shall not kill. And begin from my sanctuary." Therefore, they began with the men among the elders, who were before the face of the house.

And so the king commanded Benaiah, the son of Jehoiada. And going out, he struck him down, and he died.

And the king said to him, "Do just as he has said. And put him to death, and bury him. And so shall you take away the innocent blood, which was shed by Joab, from me and from my father's house.

And Benaiah, the son of Jehoiada, was over the Cherethites and Pelethites. But the sons of David were priests.

And Benaiah went to the tabernacle of the Lord, and he said to him: "The king says this: 'Come out.' " But he said: "I will not come out. Instead, I will die here." Benaiah sent word back to the king, saying, "Joab said this, and he responded to me in this way."

A man who slanders the blood of a life, even if he flees to the pit, no one will tolerate him.
