⁴ Go to my servant David and tell him, This is what the LORD says: You are not the one to build the temple for me to live in.

Yet truly, you shall not build a house for me. Instead, your son, who shall go forth from your loins, he himself shall build a house to my name.'

And yet, that night the word of God came to Nathan, saying:
