But solid food is for fullgrown men, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern good and evil.


But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it is right in the sight of God to hearken unto you rather than unto God, judge ye:


And he said unto them, Then render unto Cæsar the things that are Cæsar’s, and unto God the things that are God’s.


And of the children of Issachar, men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do, the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment.


But Peter and the apostles answered and said, We must obey God rather than men.


Ephraim is oppressed, he is crushed in judgment; because he was content to walk after man’s command.


A wise man’s heart is at his right hand; but a fool’s heart at his left.


I counsel thee, Keep the king’s command, and that in regard of the oath of God.


The wise man’s eyes are in his head, and the fool walketh in darkness: and yet I perceived that one event happeneth to them all.


Wisdom is before the face of him that hath understanding; But the eyes of a fool are in the ends of the earth.


But the midwives feared God, and did not as the king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the men-children alive.


For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray and make request for you, that ye may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,


Then shall I not be put to shame, When I have respect unto all thy commandments.


There shall no mischief happen to the righteous; But the wicked shall be filled with evil.


This is the end of the matter; all hath been heard: Fear God, and keep his commandments; for this is the whole duty of man.
