Stop Making Excuses And Reach Your Goals

«The man said, “The woman you put here with meshe gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it.» (Genesis 3:12)

It is easy for people to blame somebody else. However, if you want to reach your goals, you have to get rid of this bad habit.

Adam was the first to play the blame game. When Adam realized he was in deep trouble with God, he said: “This woman you gave me did this.”

Excuses are used as a justification to defend your inaction, break this habit and take daily consistent action. Excuses are a direct result of taking a lack of responsibility for your life, people like to just take it easy doing nothing all day long, they act like they made it to the top already, when you realize that you are the one responsible for your life then you will stop trying to blame others. People have time to sit around watching TV all day long, but they don’t make time to reach their purpose in life.

Successful people don’t make excuses, they know that to become successful they must do what needs to be done, whether they like it or not.

What is your excuse? “I don’t have time, I am too young/old, I am disabled, I don’t have enough money, it is too difficult, etc.”

Franklin Roosevelt became President of the United States in his wheelchair and Napoleon was epileptic. Professor Thomas Edison said he was too stupid to learn. That should encourage some parents when the school book arrives. Beethoven was deaf.

The point is this: Stop making excuses and take action. You are a child of God. God does not sponsor failures. Put on the whole armor of God, go and take your VICTORY, in the name of Jesus Christ…
