UNUSUAL: The world’s largest Ouija board created to invoke spirits in group

Halloween is coming, and some countries get ready for the “big celebration”. It is not a secret that some people relate this month to witchcraft, energies, etc.

The world’s largest Ouija board

Beyond the seemingly “harmless” creepy decoration,  inside and outside of many houses, some spiritually dark and very strange things are also happening.

People created the giant board of the Ouija in the US town of Salem, in Massachusetts. The large board is in the same place witches died.

Believe it or not, in Salem, dozens of women suffered at the end of the 17th century. They died under the accusation of witchcraft. People burned them!

The board holds the record as the largest Ouija in the world, beating the 2016 record holder, the Grand Midway Hotel in Windber, Pennsylvania, according to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not website.

The author

Rick Schreck had this crazy idea. When he was 15, he developed an interest in subjects related to Satanism and witchcraft.

Rick tells Ripley’s that real witches make their “ouija” boards with wood from used coffin because that is the only way to have a real connection to“beyond”.

It has taken Rick Schreck a year to secretly create this giant, Talking Board Historical Society published on Instagram.

Its construction began in June 2018, despite wind, snow, rain and extreme heat. Rick painted it by hand and added some of his own designs since he is a tattoo artist in New Jersey.

Its creators have called it Ouijazilla, in reference to Godzilla and want it to be known as “The King of the Talking Boards.” “It is by far the largest in the world,” says the Talking Board Historical Society.

Dimensions

Ouijazilla is made of 99 sheets of plywood, covered with 75 kilos of stained wood and 20 gallons of paint. It measures 294 square meters and weighs more than 4,000 kilos.

Rick Schreck received permission from Hasbro Inc. to make Ouijazilla, who owns the copyright of the Ouija Board.

It is said that he has more than 300 personal boards and wishes to increase his chances of communicating with the spirit realm by making boards of bones, hair, and ashes of animals and humans. He currently wants to make his “dream chart” with a black coffin.

To use the board, players ask Ouijazilla questions and then maneuver an almost 200 kilogram tablet with a huge pencil to spell out the answers some belief comes from the spirit world.

Some people want to summon “great spirits” when they use the board as a group.

Ouijazilla is based on the same design created by William Fuld in 1917 and reproduced in 1967 by the board game company Parker Brothers.

The güija is a game in which people supposedly communicate with the spirits through a board that contains all the letters of the alphabet, as well as several numbers and the words “yes” and “no”. The players place their index fingers on a wooden triangle that moves over the board when they ask a question. Although there are numerous theories about its origin, many agree that it was Professor Elijah Jefferson Bond who invented the board in 1880.
