Isaiah announced:“The desert and the parched land will be glad; the wilderness will rejoice and blossom. Like the crocus…” Isaiah 35:1.

He also said that rivers would flow through these places characterized by being dry and hot. Event that has already been recorded.

“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”, Isaiah 43:19.

But without a doubt, one of his most remarkable phrases was the one he gave referring to the snow; which relates to God’s forgiveness. So it can be said that this event of snowing in the desert can make people remember the mercy of the Lord for repentance before the arrival of the Messiah.

“Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the LORD. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool. Isaiah 1:18.
