The Word of God in the heart of needy families

“We thank God in the first place, because He has given us His Word which is the Bread of Life, but also for the Bible Society, willing to be present in the greatest need. This effort puts the Word of God back where it belongs: in the hearts of families in need”, expressed the authorities of ACIERA in a letter of thanks.

Other copies are coming through churches, ministries and believers, to workers and patients in hospitals and health centers, to firefighters, police and security force personnel, and people in prisons.

“Graciela, a nurse from the city of Buenos Aires who received New Testaments and shared them with other classmates related: “An intensive care nurse had a burden on her heart because of the serious cases of Covid-19 and the anguish in the people for whom she prayed.”

“She was happy to have the possibility of not only speaking to them, but also leaving them the Word of God. Another colleague was able to give a New Testament to a man who had his son hospitalized for burns in intensive care and pray for him. In these difficult times where many brothers and chaplains who visit hospitals are limited, God continues to extend his work, moving his sick children to places where others do not reach and give people their written Word that never returns empty.”
