Elderly husband encourages wife with Alzheimer’s by singing Christian songs through glass amid Covid-19 (VIDEO)

John Kline, 80, is a elderly man from Montgomery, Alabama and what he did touched the of many people.

Recently, Kline showed that true love never ends. He has been married to his wife for 45 years and not even the situation can stop them from been faithful to the commitment they made.

Due to the sitiaton of social distancing to avoid contagion with coronavirus, he cannot visit his wife Ann who suffers Alzheimer’s and lives in a nursing home, but it was not an obstacle for him.

Although John Knox Manor Nursing Home no longer permits visitor, Kline visits his wife through a window and encourages her by singing Christian songs together.

Kline shared this heart-touching video on Facebook in which you can see the couple singing ‘Jesus Loves Me’ and ‘Amazing Grace’.

 He said to The Montgomery Advisor that he was sending a message to others “never give up on love.”

“I’m trying to make the statement that no matter what happens, there’s no reason to give up on love. If she gets where she doesn’t know me, I will still go see her, because I will still know her,” he said.

Kline wrote on Facebook, “I love my Sweet Ann and look forward to spending eternity with her. God bless you for even looking – and if you listened, well that was because you wanted to hear Ann.”

Since the nursing home put the reventive measures, Kline visits and sings with his wife every day because he wants her to reembering him during their time apart.
