Actor Tom Hanks tests positive for Coronavirus with his wife

Actor Tom Hanks and his wife, Rita Wilson tested positive Coronavirus. He gave the announcement around the same time that WHO confirmed the disease as a pandemic.

At approximately 9 p.m., Hanks used the Twitter platform to announce that he tested positive for Covid-19 after presenting the symptoms.

From Australia, he shared a photo in which you can see a glove in a trash can. He posted the image with brief writing in which he explains what is going on.

In the same letter, he details the reasons why he and his wife decided to take the exams.

We felt a bit tired, like we had a cold, and some body aches. Rita had some chills that came and went. Slight fevers too,” he wrote.

Apparently, the actor and his wife are taking this situation with caution because they do not want to join the wave of alarms that are flooding the world today.

Well, now, What to do next? The Medical officials have protocols that must be followed. We Hanks must be tested, observed and isolated for as long as public health and safety requires,” he explained.

We’ll keep the world posted and updated. Take care of yourselves,” Hanks concluded.

Currently the couple is in a clinical center in Australia, since the actor worked on a biographical film about singer Elvis Presley; those who had contact with the actor during filming are in quarantine.
