10 countries that haven’t reported any cases of coronavirus

Covid-19 pandemic has caused havoc in the world; however there are 10 countries that haven’t reported any cases of this virus that originated in Wuhan, China.

The first case of reinfection of the virus was recently confirmed in Hong Kong, as other nations are doing their best to avoid the crisis.

The countries that are taken into account are full members of the United Nations Organization (UN).

North Korea and Turkmenistan are not included in this ranking of COVID-19 free countries.

These countries have managed to overcome the crisis and one of the reasons is that they are all islands that had time to suspend flights, according to GQ.

However, although they have prevented the covid-19 virus, they are facing other crises. Because these countries mostly depend on tourism that has been affected since the pandemic became official.

“In 2019, 90,000 tourists came to Palau, five times the total population,” notes the BBC.

The list: Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Samoa, Kiribati, Federated States of Micronesia, Tonga, Marshall Islands, Palau, Tuvalu, Nauru.
